John Campbell Photographers Wins Allie Award
for "Best Event Photography"
I am delighted to announce that our staff took home the award for Best Event Photography at the Allie Awards on March 19 at the Cobb Galleria Centre.

The Allies recognize special event companies for exceptional work in industries including catering, décor and photography. The winning JCP photography selection features a wedding and reception that my team shot with many attendees, multiple coverage locations and a client with a very detailed vision.

The client requested a documentary style for her wedding photos, which requires photographers to take a non-intrusive shooting approach. Because there is no interaction between the subject and camera, the photographer must be engaged with the surroundings and focused on capturing candid details and elements that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.

Summer Cocktail Recipe
 When planning your wedding or other special event this summer, relax and cool down with a hot cocktail like this Bacardi Cóco Pineapple Martini.

  • Bacardi Cóco Pineapple Martini recipe
  • 3 parts Bacardi Cóco
  • 4 parts pineapple juice
  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with three frozen pineapple chunks skewered on pick. If desired, serve over ice in tall glass.
